Refund & Cancellation Policy

Free trial

Starter and Pro plans include a 14-day free trial. A payment card is required to start the trial, but you are not charged during it. We will email you a reminder 7 days before your first charge. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged.

Monthly billing

After the trial (or right away, if you subscribe without a trial), your plan renews and is billed automatically each month on the same date until you cancel.

How to cancel

You can cancel any time by using the link in your billing emails or by emailing info@buildlinkatx.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will keep access to your alerts until then, and you will not be billed again.

Refunds

Because each month's alerts are delivered as soon as they are sent, payments for a billing period that has already started are generally not refundable. If you were charged in error, charged after you cancelled, or had a billing problem, email us within 30 days and we will make it right.
