This policy explains what information BuildLink ATX collects, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Information you give us: your name, company, email, phone number, trade, and plan when you sign up or contact us.
- Payment information: payments are processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card number. Stripe's use of your information is covered by Stripe's privacy policy.
- Basic website data: like most websites, our hosting provider may log standard technical information such as browser type and pages visited.
Public records in our reports
Our reports include information from public records, such as building permits, which may list contractor names and business contact details. If you believe information about you or your business is listed in error, email us and we will review it.
How we use your information
- To send your weekly alerts and run your subscription
- To send billing notices, including reminders before a trial ends
- To answer your questions and provide support
- To improve the Service
What we don't do
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers we use to run the business, such as Stripe for payments and our email provider, or when required by law.
How long we keep it
We keep your information while you are a subscriber and for a reasonable time afterward for billing, tax, and legal records.
Your choices
You can ask us to update or delete your information, or unsubscribe from emails, at any time by emailing info@buildlinkatx.com.
